To finish building the church and to bring 10 people to Christ

Bio:

My father owned cattle and goats and my job was to look after the animals. I did this until I was fifteen. Then there was a terrible drought and most of our livestock died. That is when my father decided to take up farming. I would help farm and eventually I became very good at it. My father was religious man and was devoted to his church. Since I trusted my father, I trusted everything he told me about his church and I followed their ways just like he did. When I was in seventh grade I began to question the things I did not understand.

I asked my father why our church allowed us to smoke and drink, and he told me that our church doesn’t care if we do that because we are free people. I told him that in my Christian Religion class I learned that we are to not do those things because it is not good for us. We are supposed to honor God with our bodies and by doing that we are not honoring Him. I then decided that what my old church taught was not right. So I searched till I found a church that upholds the entire truth of the Bible, and it was then that I joined the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

In 2006 God called me to join MDP. Our branch Sabbath School has 63 people in attendance on Sabbaths. We worship in an incomplete structure on the slops of Mt Kilimanjaro.
