Some years ago I was working as a business man, when one day I met a group of people that changed my life forever. The group was going all over to preach the Gospel, the leader said that they wanted to change my business from buying and selling animals to doing the work of saving souls and telling others about God. They invited me to their church and on Saturday morning I went.

That Saturday they talked about the book of Matthew 11:28-29, which says, “Come to me all who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn form me, for I am gentle and loving and you will find rest for your souls. As the sermon went on I became more hungry for God. I had a craving to know Him and desired a deeper relationship.

I studied my Bible, prayed, and went to church. Everything began to fall into place. I finally found the truth that I was searching for. I heard a voice inside of me asking me what I was waiting for - I had found the truth that I was searching for. With great joy, I was baptized and became a part of the Adventist Church. I share what I know about Him to people in my community. It is not an easy life but God holds my hand and guides me through everything and puts His words in my mouth.

I am now working as an Adult Literacy Teacher for MDP. I teach four classes a week and have 48 students. I am blessed with a wife and four boys. God has changed my life and He can change yours.
